Build an ABM Company List

ABM account selection starts with building a company list.

Who can use this feature? 

  • Customers who integrate Salesforce or use CRM Uploader.
  • Customers who have the Account-Based Marketing feature.

Build a list of companies you want to market to from new records in Radius or matched records in your CRM. Search and select companies by name, or build your list by selecting signals. When you deploy Radius records to Salesforce, we'll create an account or contact in Salesforce for each New record from Radius. We'll update existing Salesforce account and contact records that we've matched. And we'll associate new New contacts with New accounts from Radius and existing Salesforce accounts.   

  1. Start from the Audiences tab and click Company Lists.
  2. Click New List and follow the flow to search for companies and select business signals. While building your list, make sure to look at selected signals and numbers for New and Matched records to verify that what you've selected is what you want. 
  3. Review your list. Select and remove any companies you don't want, for now. We'll keep track and you can restore them later if you need to. Also keep in mind that you can filter your list by business and contact signals or specific companies when you deploy. 
  4. When your list is ready, save it. If you want to edit the list or you're read to deploy, find the list on the Company Lists tab.
