Since CRM Upload is not a direct bi-lateral integration, someone will need to import the records to your CRM after a deployment.

How CRM Uploader Integration Works
You'll work with a Radius Customer Success Manager to create and format a comma-separated value (CSV) spreadsheet file to upload your CRM records to Radius and set up your goals. After you upload your file, you’ll map your field names to the names that Radius uses. Then we’ll match your records. Including recommended columns will help Radius provide higher match rates for your records. Upload CRM Records to Radius
Upload the CSV file with your CRM records and map your field names to the names that Radius uses so we can match your records.
- Go to the main menu, then select Integrations.
- Under Available Integrations, find CRM Uploader and click View Details.
- Click Upload File to upload your CSV file and map fields.
