Edit a Goal

Keep your goals up to date or make changes to optimize your results. Add, delete, or edit validation rules to reconfigure leads, accounts, and opportunities in your Salesforce as either Won or Lost. Make sure to keep your goals up to date. If you add opportunity stages or lead statuses, you’ll need to change them in Radius to keep your insights up to date.

Who can use this feature?

  • Customers who use the Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher.
  • Users with Edit CRM configuration permission. By default, Administrators can add or edit integrations.

Edit Your Goal 

Radius applies two conditions for Won and Lost criteria: Any and AllAny matches if any rule criterion you set is met. All only matches if every rule criterion is met. Once you define a goal, Radius calculates your historical success and makes predictions on the best New records or Open records, so having the right rules in place is essential. 

  1. Go to the goal menu, then click Manage Goals.
  2. Define your Won criteria and select whether to match with all or any rules or any. Think of Won as business you want more of and Lost as business you don't want filling your pipeline.
  3. Define your Lost criteria and select whether to match with all or any rules or any. Think of Lost as business you don't want filling your pipeline.

Once you've finished, Radius analytics intelligence analyzes information in your CRM and The Network of Record to give you insight into business you want more of.
