Append and Refresh Contact Data From Radius Connect

Using Radius Connect, get the latest contact data for four key fields, right within Salesforce. We'll let you know if your data doesn't match what we have in The Network of Record, and give you the option to add or update it.

Who can use this feature?

  • Customers who purchase Radius Connect or Radius Prospector, which includes Radius Connect. Contact your Radius Customer Success Manager or email
  • Customers who integrate Salesforce. Radius Connect requires Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher.
  • Salesforce administrators can install Radius Connect and configure and assign Salesforce page layouts.
  • Radius Connect users require appropriate Salesforce permissions and field access.

The field values you can append and refresh are Email, Phone, Job Title, and LinkedIn Profile URL. 

  1. From Radius Connect within your Salesforce contact record, look for a Compare icon, which tells you we have different data for your field. Hover over the icon and we'll show you the different values. If you don't have a value, we'll let you know that, too. 
  2. If you want to update the record, click Select Data to Update.
  3. Check the box for the data value you want, and click Update.
