What’s new?

The October 2017 Radius release brings you…

New Contacts and Leads for Salesforce From Radius Connect

With the click of a button in Radius Connect, add Radius contacts and leads to Salesforce. For contacts, just start from the account record whose contacts you want or a contact record associated with that company. Pick from the list we provide or use the search and filter fields to find contacts based on name, title, and job function. When you find the contact you want, just click Add New Contact.

For leads, start from a lead record and add other leads from the same company. Search or filter by name, title, or job function if you need to. When you find the contact you want, just click Add New Lead.

If you already have the contact or lead in Salesforce, we'll show you a dupe alert. And after adding your contact or lead, just click the button to view the record.

Please reach out to your Radius customer success manager for details on Radius Connect and this feature.

More Help for Field Mapping and Matching

With this release, we’ve added a handy guide to help you map Radius fields to Salesforce fields. Setting up Radius for the first time or configuring Radius to send the right data to Salesforce? Check out the Radius-Salesforce Field Mapping Reference. It tells you which fields map to standard Salesforce fields, and which fields you’ll need to create in Salesforce so you can get the Radius data your organization needs.
