What’s new?

The November Radius release brings you…

Twitter Integration

By integrating Twitter, you can deploy new records from the Radius Business GraphSM or existing records from Salesforce to new or existing Twitter Tailored Audience. Our Twitter integration helps you advertise to the right people based on your business goals and target audience characteristics.

Twitter-Radius Integration (Generally Available in November)

Who can use this feature?

  • Available to customers who purchase the integration. Contact your Radius Customer Success Manager or email support@radius.com to get it.
  • Available to customers who integrate with Salesforce. Requires Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher.
  • By default, Administrators can add or edit integrations and Normal users can build and deploy segments.
  • Those who deploy records to Twitter also require Administrator or Twitter Ads Manager permissions.

Twitter Ads helps you advertise to the right people based on business goals and target audience traits. Radius makes it easy to sync with Twitter. All you need to do is connect to Twitter using your login credentials, and then select a default Ad account for your audience deployments.

After you’ve connected, you can deploy new records from the Radius Business Graph or existing records from Salesforce to a new or existing Tailored Audience. We’ll use emails and phone numbers to match those records to Twitter accounts associated with a business, giving you the most accurate list to leverage for your Twitter Ads campaigns.
