New Options for Territory and Vertical Uploads (Generally Available)

Who can use this feature?

  • Customers who use a CRM Radius doesn't integrate with. Users with Edit CRM configuration permission. By default, Administrators can add or edit integrations.

With this release, you can now opt to exclude specific ZIP codes when you create territories in Radius by uploading a CSV file. For verticals, you can exclude specific NAICS or SIC codes. We’ve also improved the user experience to make the upload process easier.

Prepare a Territory CSV File for Uploading

Create a spreadsheet in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. If you use Google Sheets, you need to download your spreadsheet as a CSV file before uploading to Radius.

  1. (Optional) Download a starter spreadsheet before you begin the file upload process. Just look for the link.

  2. Add columns. ZIP Code Include is required and should be the first column. ZIP Code Exclude is optional. If you add it, make it the second column.

  3. List the codes you want in each column and then save the file.

Prepare a Vertical CSV File for Uploading

  1. Create a spreadsheet in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.  If you use Google Sheets, you need to download your spreadsheet as a CSV file before uploading to Radius. Make sure you use separate spreadsheets if you use both NAICS and SIC codes for verticals.

  2. (Optional) You can also download a starter spreadsheet before you begin the file upload process. Just look for the link.

  3. Add columns in this order.

    • For NAICS codes: First, NAICS Include and second (optional) NAICS Exclude.

    • For SIC codes: First, SIC Include and second (optional) SIC Exclude.

  4. List the codes you want in each column and then save the file.

Upload Your File

From the main menu, select Account Settings and then click either Territories or Verticals. Then just follow the prompts to upload your file. Name it and save it and you’re good to go.

Other Enhancements and Updates

The July Radius release also delivers greater detail for scoring and success rates, sorting for insights, and more.

Across the Radius app, lift scores now show two decimal points. Historical Success now shows two decimal points if the rate is less than 10%.

Sorting for Insights

On the Insights page, you can now sort signals by column header. Each column sort is applied globally across all sections in Insights.

Goals Interaction Updated

We’ve moved the Goals interaction from beneath the main menu to a drop-down that identifies the currently selected goal. To view and configure all your goals, click the menu and select Manage Goals.

Faster and More Efficient Syncs with Radius Scoring

We’ve made improvements to the Radius scoring feature so the scoring sync is even faster. It also uses fewer Marketo API calls.
