February 2017 Radius Release Notes

The February 2017 Radius release brings you two integrations: Google AdWords(TM) and Oracle Eloqua(TM).

What's new?

The February Radius release brings you… 

Google AdWordsTM Integration

You can now integrate Google AdWords with Radius. Start deploying prospects from the Radius directly to a Google List so you can leverage Google Customer Match audiences to reach new customers, increase brand awareness, and grow your business through Google’s online advertising program.

Oracle EloquaTM Integration

Following a successful beta program, our Eloqua integration is now generally available. Start uncovering your best segments of Eloqua prospects and add net-new prospects from Radius directly to Eloqua lists so you can increase campaign operational efficiency and grow revenue.

Google AdWordsTM Integration (Generally Available)

Who can use this feature? 

To integrate Google AdWords, make sure you have an account with Administrator permissions. Then, integrate Google AdWords by entering your login credentials. We’ll authenticate your credentials using OAuth and sync your account so you can start deploying segments from Radius to a Google AdWords.

Oracle EloquaTM Integration (Generally Available)

Who can use this feature? 

  • Features, enhancements, and integrations are available based on your Radius contract. Please contact your Radius Customer Success Manager or emailsupport@radius.com for feature access and guidance on getting started.
  • This feature is available to customers who integrate Salesforce with Radius. You need Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher.
  • Radius;Administrators;can set up Google AdWords and;Normal users can build and deploy segments.

Integrate Eloqua by entering your login credentials. We’ll authenticate you using OAuth. Then, map your Eloqua contact and account fields with Radius fields so we can match your records. Once your records match, we sync every 30 minutes to stay up to date. Here’s what you’ll need for your Eloqua-Radius integration.

Dedicated Radius User Account in Eloqua

Create this account with Administrator or Advanced Users-Marketing permissions.

  • Action Permissions: Manage data import, Manage data export, and Manage contacts.

  • Asset Creation Permissions: Contact Groups.

  • Default Asset Permissions: Contact Groups > View.

Names of Eloqua Contact and Account Fields

You’ll map these to Radius fields.
