Build better segments in Radius! We’ve added new signals for contacts and businesses, renamed a few, and grouped them all into logical categories to make it easier to find the signals you want.

New Contact Signals and Categories

We have two new contact signals, and all Radius contacts are reorganized into intuitive categories.

Retired Signal

We’ve retired the Match Contact with Email Address signal, which, when selected, ensured that there was a match between a contact’s name (for example, John Doe) and their email address (for example, jdoe@company.com) at a company. The new Contact Has Direct Email signal replaces Match Contact with Email Address and improves functionality.

Considerations for Selecting Signals

  • New signals are not yet available in Insights or Deployment Profiles.
  • New and updated signals will not affect your existing Radius segments or related deployments in any way.
  • When you select signals to build a segment in Radius, you’re filtering the records for your segment from all records available in The Network of Record. For example, you start with all of the millions of businesses and contacts in The Network, and those numbers decrease as signal selection narrows your segment.
  • All contacts in The Network of Record are associated with businesses in The Network. If you add ANY contact signal to a segment, then your segment will include ONLY businesses that have one contact. After you select signals, find counts for business and contact records categorized by New, Open, Won, and Lost for the selected goal. Contact counts reflect total distribution across businesses, as a given business may have more than one contact available.have at least one contact. All the contacts will match the contact signal you selected.
  • A segment always includes both businesses and contacts, as available, but you’re not required to deploy businesses and contacts to campaigns.
