Salesforce Integration
We'll walk you through the basics of your Salesforce integration so everything is set up correctly. Plus, we'll show you how to add Radius Connect so your Sales team can prospect directly from Salesforce.

Connect Radius and Salesforce to identify core data improvements, get new prospects from Radius, and uncover insights into promising prospects already in your Salesforce. Plus, address data gaps with data append or prioritize the leads and accounts your team should reach out to first.

How It Works 

Our Salesforce integration analyzes account, contact, lead, opportunity, campaign, and activity (task) data from your Salesforce. During setup, you decide the level of access you'll give us when you create a user profile for the Radius sync.


To make sure we are always in full compliance with’s partner security standards, our team has regular reviews to keep your information safe.

  • We use OAuth 2.0 Salesforce protocol to securely access data without revealing username and password credentials.
  • We encrypt and decrypt your data with AES-256 while it’s in transit to our secure data center for analysis. 
  • We syncs with Salesforce every 30 minutes to identify and analyze new records or changes to existing records.
  • We maintain a refresh token to make sure your Salesforce instance stays connected.
