Upload Your CRM Records to Radius

Use Radius with any CRM with our CRM Uploader. This way, you can set up goals and let your team start targeting audiences and deploying records to CSV.

Since CRM Upload is not a direct bi-lateral integration, someone will need to import the records to your CRM after a deployment.

Who can use this feature?

  • Customers who use a CRM Radius doesn't integrate with. Users with Edit CRM configuration permission. By default, Administrators can add or edit integrations.

 

How CRM Uploader Integration Works

You'll work with a Radius Customer Success Manager to create and format a comma-separated value (CSV) spreadsheet file to upload your CRM records to Radius and set up your goals. After you upload your file, you’ll map your field names to the names that Radius uses. Then we’ll match your records. Including recommended columns will help Radius provide higher match rates for your records. If you have any questions along the way, contact your Radius Customer Success Manager or email support@radius.com.

Upload the CSV file with your CRM records and map your field names to the names that Radius uses so we can match your records.

  1. Go to the main menu, then select Integrations.

  2. Under Available Integrations, find CRM Uploader and click View Details.
  3. Click Upload File to upload your CSV file and map fields.

Review Your Goal's Success Rate

Success Rate determines how you perform, not how successful your team is at closing business.

So, a good way check if your goal is realistic is to review the success rate for a metric you have knowledge about outside of Radius to see if it aligns with how you've done in the past. For example, if your success rate for the financial industry is over 50% and you know you have never gotten those types of results before, you'll want to review your Won and Lost criteria. You may have defined rules incorrectly.
