Salesforce CRM Integration

Make sure you have the right Salesforce edition, prepare your Salesforce CRM, and then sync your Salesforce with Radius. Plus, more configurations that help capture and display the contact and business information people in your organization need.

How It Works

Our Salesforce integration uses OAuth 2.0 Salesforce protocol to authorize and securely access data without revealing username and password credentials. Your data is encrypted and decrypted with AES-256 your data while it’s in transit to our secure data center. Once you've finished the integration, Radius syncs with Salesforce every 30 minutes to identify and analyze new records or changes to existing records. Throughout the process, Radius maintains a refresh token that ensures we have connection to your Salesforce instance.

Radius consumes and analyzes data from these types of Salesforce records.

  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Leads
  • Opportunities
  • Campaigns
  • Activities (Tasks)

Our team has regular reviews to make sure we are always in full compliance with Salesforce.com’s partner security standards.

Get Started

We'll walk you through the basics of your Salesforce integration so everything is set up correctly. You'll need Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher. Check your organization edition in Salesforce Classic and Lightning by searching Company Information from the Setup screen. If you have the Salesforce Group or Professional edition, please contact us so our Support team can advise you on how Radius may be able to connect to your Salesforce instance.
