Integrate Eloqua

Connect Oracle Eloqua with Radius and map Radius fields to Eloqua fields. Once you're connected, your team can send net-new records directly to Eloqua and assign your existing contacts to Eloqua Shared Lists.

Who can use this feature?

  • Customers who integrate Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher with Radius.
  • Users with Edit MAT configuration permission. By default, Administrators can add or edit integrations.
  • Customers who integrate a marketing automation tool with Radius. If you need to integrate your MAT, please contact your Radius Customer Success Manager or email support@radius.com.

Our Oracle Eloqua integration uses REST APIs to authorize and securely access data without revealing username and password credentials. Your data is encrypted and decrypted with AES-256 while in transit to our secure data center. Once you've finished the integration, Radius syncs with Eloqua every 30 minutes to identify and analyze new accounts and contacts or changes to existing accounts and contacts. Throughout the process, Radius maintains a refresh token that ensures your Oracle Eloqua instance stays connected.

Radius consumes and analyzes data from these types of Eloqua records.

  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Shared Lists
  • Activities (Tasks)

Radius adheres to all industry security controls to ensure your data is safe and secure. See for yourself by reviewing our application and data security standards.

Before You Start

Here’s what you’ll need.

  2. Follow the flow to enter your Eloqua username and password, map your Eloqua contact and account fields, and start matching records.

The sync and matching process takes some time to finish. We’ll email you when it’s done.
