How CRM Uploader Integration Works
You'll work with a Radius Customer Success Manager to create and format a comma-separated value (CSV) spreadsheet file to upload your CRM records to Radius and set up your goals. After you upload your file, you’ll map your field names to the names that Radius uses. Then we’ll match your records. Including recommended columns will help Radius provide higher match rates for your records.
