Get Radius insights into your customers, top opportunities, and full market potential by leveraging The Network of Record(TM) to analyze historical success across all our signals and discover your ideal customer profile.

Radius insights are most meaningful when you have an accurate and realistic view of your historical success and your goal accurately reflects won and lost criteria for a specific channel and your future efforts.

Insights has five use cases.

Analyze Your Historical Success. View historical success for your entire CRM or for selected signals. Try combining and layering signals and analyze the results.

Find Your Ideal Customer Profile. Identify signals that correlate with customers you’ve had the most success with.

Refine Your Targeting Strategy. Find Open records and try a new campaign. Or identify Lost records you can re-nurture.

Analyze Performance Across Territories and Verticals. Identify territories and verticals where you’re doing well, determine why, and then replicate those successes across your organization.

Use Custom Signals to Upsell or Cross-Sell. Do you sell complementary or add-on products or services? Map a field from your CRM that identifies customers who have purchased one of your products to a custom signal in Radius. Layer that custom signal into a segment that targets those existing customers and create a campaign to cross-sell or upsell your companion product.

How Insights Works

After you sync your CRM with Radius and set up your goal, Radius analyzes your historical performance to deliver insights. Radius organizes insights on a tab, conveniently called "Insights," where you can select, filter, and analyze insights for key signals. You can also start a segment from Insights and refine it within the segment builder.

When you first view insights, you’ll see your historical success rate for four standard signals: Location, Industry, Number of Employees, and Annual Revenue. Insights also surfaces the top 10 signals where your CRM has the most Open, Won, and Lost records. From the tables, select and apply signals to see their specific success rates, then compare that result with your overall historical success. If you use custom signals, you’ll see them in Insights, as well.

Insights are based on the currently selected goal. If you switch your goal, your insights change.
