Maintain a hygienic and accurate database by comparing and matching high-quality data in your systems of record and The Network of Record™. Radius compares your integrated systems of record with The Network of Record™, every 30 minutes so your company can make better business decisions using comprehensive, accurate information about your prospects and customers.

Depending on the volume of data you give us access to read, data matching can take a few hours. The more data we match with The Network of Record, the fewer scrub and dedupe projects you'll do before launching campaigns. 

How It Works

When you connect your CRM or MAT to Radius, our data matching engine compares each record in your system with data in the The Network of RecordTM. We find similarities between names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and tons of other attributes. We match only high quality data so your team has the most accurate view of your prospects and customers. Some records may not match, and that's okay because we'll work with you to improve your data quality through data stewardship tactics like reconciling unmatched records or enriching your data.

  • If our data matching engine finds a high similarity between two records, the record in your system of record is matched in Radius. 
  • If the similarity between two records does not meet our matching standard, they are not matched. Don't worry, we show you how to fix that. We identify how to reconcile unmatched records or make data improvements.

Matching does not enrich, append, or change fields in your CRM or MAT.
