Radius Customer Exchange Partnership

Understanding Radius Exchange partnerships and their key use cases helps you align strategically with your co-marketing partner.

 A Radius Exchange partnership is the defined relationship and link between your company and your partner—either another company, an internal division of your own company, or an acquisition.

For example:

  • Your company partners with another company to target businesses that are new to both of you as well as each other’s Open records.

  • Or your company acquires a smaller competitor. Right away, you can align records in separate CRMs and start marketing to all the new customers you’ve gained.

Your company can have multiple RCX partnerships, and each partnership can have multiple programs.
