Create a Deployment Profile

A deployment profile lets you deploy additional fields from Radius to your CRM beyond the standard set of fields. Each deployment profile you create can include up to 5 mapped Radius fields.

Who can use this feature?

  • Customers who integrate Salesforce or use CRM Uploader.
  • Radius users with Edit CRM configuration permissions.
  • The number of deployment profiles you can use depends on your pricing plan. If you have questions, please contact your Radius Customer Success Manager or email support@radius.com.

For example, let's say that a prospect's annual revenue and advertising technology products are important information for your sales and marketing teams. With a deployment profile, you can include those signals in your deployments so your team can see that information in your CRM.

Before You Start

Here's what to do before creating your deployment profile.

Create a Deployment Profile

Create a Deployment Profile by adding a Radius field and mapping it to a field in your CRM so we know where to export those values.

  1. From the Radius main menu, select Integrations.
  2. Find your CRM integration, and then click View Details.
  3. On the Deployment Profile tab, click Add Profile.
  4. Name your profile and map the Radius fields you want. Then save.
